Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, and Australia. Free shipping is available on all US orders over $35.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days in the US. We also offer expedited shipping (5–8 business days) at checkout for an additional fee. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at CleverPrepStore@yahoo.com

Can I return a product?
Yes — we offer hassle-free 30-day returns on all items. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us at CleverPrepStore@yahoo.com and we'll send you return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us at CleverPrepStore@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — no need to return the item.

Are your products safe to use?
Yes. All PrepWise products are food-safe, BPA-free where applicable, and meet standard safety requirements.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped we're unable to make changes.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! If you're buying 5 or more of the same item email us at CleverPrepStore@yahoo.com and we'll work out a bundle price.
